Anybody knows how the corrugated fire tubes of steam boilers are manufactured? I am interested in the whole process of the tube design and manufacture...but more specifically the method of corrugating the pipe.

We are talking tube material thickness of 3/8" to 1" thick!

Any input will be appreciated...
