How do you calculate frictional heat between ball acrew and nut?

    Respected sir/madam

We are performing an analysis on ball screw and nut using ANSYS.  In this regard, we require calculating frictional heat flux generated (input to the analysis) between the Ball screw and nut. For calculating this we are using the following formula now.

    ∫ μrωwdx

    μ – Coefficient of friction

r – Radius of ball screw

    ω – Rotational velocity

w - Distributed load along the nut

Here we know the values of μ, r, and ω, but we are unable to find the formula for finding the distribution load along the nut. So please help us in this regard. Or if you suggest any other method to find the heat flux between ball screw and nut will be helpful for us.

    Thanking you sir,

    Regards
