Can anyone recommend the best sources and schools for sourcing engineers for my company? We are the largest provider of lighting solutions globally and are hiring across the US in TN, KY, NY, KS and MA for R&D and manufacturing positions. It's great to be in that situation of too many jobs to fill  since we are so busy and in growth mode :) So any advice would be great!

Philips Solid State Lighting

 

They are in Detroit.  GM, Ford, Visteon, and Delphi have laid off hundreds of engineers in the past 2 years.  I'm sure some of those have a lighting background.
